Payment for Services
Our office accepts MasterCard, Visa, Discover, American Express, cash, and personal check for payment of dental care. Payment for your initial visit is expected at the time of service. Outstanding balances past 60 days will incur finance charges.
Dental Insurance
For patients with traditional dental insurance, our office provides expert dental claims assistance. For no additional fee, we electronically prepare and submit all claims and insurance payments are sent directly from the insurance company to the insured party. Dr. Olsen is not contracted with any insurance companies and does not accept insurance assignments, Medicare, or dental HMO’s.
